Once you have a Home Service Professional confirmed, you'll be able to contact your cleaner through the messaging tool on your Helpling account - just click on the 'overview' menu and check out the messaging function. 

You will also be given the contact details in the confirmation email you will receive once the service professional accepts the booking. 


To make communicating with your service professional even easier, there is an option for automatic translation in the chat. This way you can communicate with the service professional in the language of your preference.
