When we are unable to take a payment, we will send you an email informing you of the failed attempt.
For giving the payment another try, you need to change your payment details. You can change your card details through your account. Click on 'Account Settings' and then 'Edit' under Payment Method. When the payment details are updated we will automatically retry the payment. You can also just update the payment details with the same data, updating your payment details will trigger the payment again.
Please note that without your payment, your provider will not receive his or her earnings.
