You can place a request with a minimum of 48 hours in advance. You can place a request for every day of the week, starting between 7 am and 7 pm.
If you want to place a request outside of these hours, we recommend you contact our supportservice. They will be able to help you out. You can reach the support service through 085 888 8338 or contact@helpling.nl. We are open Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5 pm.
As the Home Service Professionals are private individuals and not employed by Helpling, we aren't able to guarantee their availability. The availability of cleaners is dependent on what they enter as their available hours.
