As the Home Service Professionals are all private individuals and are not employed by Helpling, we aren't ever able to guarantee their availability. However, there are a few things that could help with your request being accepted faster:
- Increasing your price range
- Adding more available days
- Adding more available times
- Selecting more Home Service Professionals
Once you have placed a booking, you can add additional days, times and selected cleaners to your booking request in your account. Login to your account, go to 'overview' and click on 'edit request'. Here you can add additional times/dates as well as select more Home Service Professionals. By selecting cleaners in different price ranges, you automatically broaden your price range.
