If your Home Service Professionals has already added their holiday to their account, you'll be able to request a replacement through the notification email. If you've not received the email, please contact us and we will be able to help you with a replacement request. 


Please keep in mind that your cleaner works for you under the Home Service Scheme (Regeling Dienstverlening aan Huis). This means you are subject to certain conditions regarding vacation days and vacation pay. Please check the government website to see what is applicable in your situation.
