If you do not wish to continue with your cleaner for whatever reason, you can simply request a replacement. You can do this by creating a new booking request in your account. Don't forget to notify us as well so we can adjust the bookings in the system. 

Foremost it is important to talk about the cancellation with your household professional and come to an agreement together. Helpling has to point out that Dutch law assumes that any jobs in and around the house are being done with a labour contract based on the Home Service Scheme. That means that you as a private household are the employer of the service professional after the booking request has been accepted by them. That also means that in general you can only end the bookings in mutual agreement of with a good reason. Generally, a notice period will also be applicable when ending the labour agreement.
