This is entirely up to you. However, we do recommend that you are there for the first booking at least. This allows you to meet your provider and to provide them with any special instructions regarding the clean. Many customers decide to exchange a key after the first or second clean, so they don't have to be at home. Other customers usually let in their provider and leave afterwards.  

If you cannot be at home, please contact your provider directly, prior to the booking, advising them of how they can access your property or where they can find your key. You can find the messaging function under the 'overview' menu in the app or in your online account.
