That is possible! However, Helpling is not responsible for key exchanges and so this is entirely between you and your cleaner. 


We recommend that you are at home for the first appointment, so that you are able to actually meet your cleaner and do a walkthrough of the house. During the next appointments you can make arrangements about the keys. 


If you want to document the key exchange, we can send you a key exchange form. You can print, fill in and sign this form together with the service professional so that the actual exchange is documenten. Would you like this form? Please email us at contact@helpling.nl and we will send it to you. 


If the service professional stops cleaning with you, it is of course important to get your keys back. Please contact the cleaner about this directly. The home service professionals working through the platform are employed by you and not by Helpling. This means that Helpling is in no way responsible for any exchanges or retrievals of keys.
