In the unlikely event of damage, you do not have to worry as you are protected from any serious harm. All Home Service Professionals working via the Helpling platform are covered by our liability insurance which covers all damages above €25.
For damages below €25 or the first €25 of any larger damage, you need to directly reach out to the Home Service Professional and align with him/her on the compensation that you may expect from them. You can find the Home Service Professionals contact details in the confirmation email that you received prior to the cleaning.
To ensure a smooth reimbursement process for the insurance relevant cases above €25, please contact us by sending an e-mail to contact@helpling.nl. Please note that when a claim is submitted, any payout decided by the broker will be €25 less (own risk).
