We are very sorry that something has been damaged!

All of the providers working via our platform are covered by our liability insurance which covers all damages above €350 up to €5.000,000. For damages below €350 or the first €350 of any larger damage, you must always directly reach out to the cleaner and align with him/her on the compensation that you may expect from them. You can find the cleaner's contact details in the confirmation email that you received prior to the clean.

Do you expect the damage to be above €350? Then we will send your claim to our external insurance party AXA. We recommend you to take photos of the damaged objects.

In this case, please send an email to contact@helpling.nl. We will reply with a damage form, where you can write down in detailed what has been damaged. Please also attach photos and a possible invoice/statement for repair. We will make sure all the info is sent over to our external insurance party. The handling of a damage case usually takes up to 8 weeks.
