Also, we will try to find the best solution for you and we can offer to match you with a new Home Service Professional.

Do you refuse to pay or only want to partially pay for your booking? Refund requests should also be submitted within 48 hours of your booking taking place. Your provider will be notified of the request and only upon agreement from the cleaner are we able to offer a full/partial refund. Any refunds processed will take 5 - 10 working days to reach your account. If you do not pay for the booking, your Home Service Professional will not receive any funds either.
