In the unlikely event that your provider has failed to attend your booking on time, please first attempt to reach out to the provider through the messaging tool and through a phone call. You can find their number in the first confirmation mail you received from us. If you are not able to reach your cleaner, please contact us on 0858888338 as soon as possible and we'll attempt to contact the provider on your behalf to find out what went wrong. If we're unable to reach the provider, we'll cancel the booking to ensure you are not charged erroneously. We can also arrange a replacement provider for you.
