If you are not able to reach your Home Service Professional, please contact us on 0858888338 as soon as possible and we'll attempt to contact the Home Service Professional on your behalf to find out what went wrong. If we're unable to reach the Home Service Professional, we'll cancel the booking to ensure you are not charged erroneously. We can also arrange a replacement Home Service Professional for you.
