The moment you want to place a booking request, you will be asked to choose a date, time and duration. You will also have to select whether you want a one-off or a recurring clean (weekly or bi-weekly). After this, you will see cleaners that are available on the chosen moment. From these cleaners you can select one or more whose profile interests you. After you have created your account and paid the matching fee, the request will be send to the cleaners you selected. They can then accept or refuse your request.
Please note: because the home service professionals are not employed by Helpling but work as private individuals, we unfortunately cannot guarantee someone will accept your request. The cleaners decide which request they want to accept. Because of this we would recommend you to select multiple cleaner, so the chance for a succesful request is bigger.
